All other AHCCCS plans are accepted as long as proper authorization is obtained if needed.
The only exception is as follows:
- Steward Health Choice—there are 2 plans. The Medicare Advantage and the AHCCCS plan. We cannot accept the AHCCCS plan (for members outside of the hospitals). The member’s ID will begin with an A.
