Meet The Doctors

Dr. Yousif Al Rubaye earned his medical degree from the University of Al Mustansiriyah College of Medicine in Baghdad in 2007. He completed a Master’s degree in Molecular Medicine at Tulane University in 2019, followed by Anatomic and Clinical Pathology residency training at Tulane, completed in 2023, where he served as Chief Resident from 2022–2023. He completed subspecialty fellowship training in Dermatopathology at Tulane University in 2024. Dr. Al Rubaye has presented research at national meetings, including the American Society of Dermatopathology and the College of American Pathologists. He is a member of the American Medical Association, College of American Pathologists, and American Society for Clinical Pathology.
